Does your running need an upgrade? Maybe you need motivation, tips, or just need to get started. Hopefully this blog is providing you with plenty of those tools. However, I believe that learning from a variety of people is a good way to best understand a subject.
Today I thought I would share just a few blogs (and a couple websites) that will help you ‘upgrade’ your running. These are just sites that I have come across at one time or another. This is by no means a comprehensive list, but rather a few sites to check out when you get some time.

Runner’s World – Okay, I know that this is not really a blog, but Runner’s World is an obvious choice for information online about running. They have been around for a long time, and are an authority on running.
Runners World Blog – But, there is a Runner’s World blog http://rwdaily.runnersworld.com/ that is kept up to date with great information. With this blog you get the best of both worlds. The personal touch of a blog, along with the authority of Runner’s World.
Running Advice Blog – These running coaches on this site have a blog and video updates that you will definitely find motivational and useful. http://running-advice.com/blog/
Complete Running – This site has a good blog network http://completerunning.com/ and this post about 100 tips for new runners. I like #22… “Even a bad run is better then no run at all”. So true!
Active – This is a great place to get connected with a running community and to find out when the next race is. active.com/running.
The Happy Runner – A fun blog that has good tips and stories about running.
Running Quotes – Here is a blog with some good motivation quotes for runners that you might like to check out.
Weight Loss N Diet – Whether you are trying to drop a couple pounds, or if you are just trying to maintain your weight, this site has some good information for weight loss and diet , as well as running to lose weight.
Run Addicts – If you are moving beyond running for beginners, and want to move to the next level, check out this beautiful runaddicts.net site. It has a blog and plenty of information for professional running.
